At Pupyfy, we work with trusted fulfillment partners, including third-party suppliers such as Zendrop, to deliver quality pet products to our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it will be forwarded to our fulfillment partners for shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:


  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

If your country is not listed, shipping may not be available at this time.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and supplier location.

Estimated delivery times:


  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:


  • Destination

  • Product weight and size

  • Supplier fulfillment location

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pupyfy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at pupyfy@yahoo.com.

We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue. However, Pupyfy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to supplier availability.
